Tryout results for all ages will be posted by jersey number as soon as the results are available by age group. Results will be posted in two groups: Selected Players by team and a list of “Bubble” Players. 

"Bubble" players are individuals who scored extremely well during the tryout period but who are not currently being offered a roster spot.  However, should those selected individuals turn down the roster spot or otherwise be unable to fullfill the committments to the program, the bubble player(s) could be offered those spots.  It represents a holding pattern, of sorts, until rosters are finalized. 

We strive to have results posted within 72 to 96 hours after the last tryout has concluded.

Why are Results Posted?

Feedback from prospective players and their parents indicated a strong preference for posting results and is done in an effort to let all prospective players know the final results simultaneously.

Will I get a Phone Call?

Every player receiving an offer to play will also receive a personal call.  Any prospective player who requested a personal call as marked on the tryout registration form will also receive a personal call.  Otherwise, results are posted online only.

What If I don’t see my Jersey Number?

If you do not see your jersey number you are not being offered a role on an NSC team this season.  We encourage you to continue playing the game and let us see you again next year.  

Carefully Consider Offers to Play

Parents/Players who have received an offer for a roster spot will have a limited time to consider the offer and either accept or decline. Parents/players may not elect to decline an offer from one coach in order to be placed on another NSC team at the same age group. Declining an offer from one coach is tantamount to declining the entire program for that season. You should carefully consider declining an offer to play as it cannot be “undone” for that season once the declination is given. Coaches will immediately begin filling roster spots with "bubble" players. A player should not enter the tryout process with the expectation that they will only accept an offer to play from one specific team.
